It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Connie Gaisford McEwan on March 3, 2026. Connie was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and great friend to all who knew her.
Connie Gaisford McEwan was born on November 23, 1950, to William “Bill” and Betty Gaisford, she was one of three children.
Connie married Robert “Bob” McEwan, and together they built a beautiful life in Lehi, Utah. She was a talented artist who found great joy in traveling, gardening, and spending time with her loved ones.
She worked diligently to earn her bachelors degree in Human and Child Development and Special Education. She later devoted her career to serving others at the Utah State Training School and the Dan Peterson School within the Alpine School District.
Connie will definitely be remembered for her gentle spirit and generous heart.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Gaisford; her brother, Lee Gaisford; her niece, Kim Gaisford; and her nephews, Kirt and Kelly Gaisford. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert McEwan; her brother, Charlie (Becky) Gaisford; her nephews, Kristopher and Kent; and her nieces, Karla and Kalynn.
Connie’s life was a beautiful example of quiet strength, creativity, and compassion. Though she will be deeply missed, her love and the memories she created will forever remain in our hearts.
Graveside services held at the Lehi City Cemetery on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
